Privacy Policy
What we collect
PROMPT collects only what is needed to run your account: name, email, phone, and an optional location, plus your saved projects and alert preferences. We never sell personal data, and builders never receive any information about which visitors viewed or saved their projects.
Public records
We use RERA, MCA and NCLT public records to build project and builder scores. This underlying source data is public record, not personal data.
Terms of Service
Guidance, not advice
PROMPT provides independent guidance based on public filings. It is not financial, legal or investment advice, and scores can change as new filings appear.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed as shown at checkout.
Independence
Builders cannot pay to change a score, remove a red flag, or alter their ranking under any circumstance. This is core to how PROMPT works and is not a configurable setting.
